For those of you who are thinking about taking a short trip to Amsterdam, you can not miss a dinner at this restaurant. De Kas prepares freshly grounded food, selectively hand picked from their own amazing greenhouse right nextdoor, where they cultivate mediterranean veggies, herbs and eatable flowers.
Fifty thousand visitors dine here every year, whether it be in the dining room designed by Piet Boon, or, weather permitted, in the beautiful garden outside.
Last but not least, from May thru October they deliver workshops in the countryside in Beemster, just 10 km outside the city, where they also have some worked land.

Para todos los que estéis pensando en ir unos días a Amsterdam no os puede faltar una cena en este restaurante. De Kas prepara comida fresca recién sacada de sus propios invernaderos, donde cultivan verduras mediterráneas, hierbas y flores comestibles.
Cincuenta mil personas cenan aquí cada año, ya sea en el comedor diseñado por Piet Boon o, si el tiempo acompaña, fuera, en el jardín de hierbas.
Además, de mayo a octubre imparten talleres en el campo de Beemster, a unos 10 km de la ciudad, donde también tienen tierras de cultivo.
